Stamping a digital loyalty card on Loytu is quick, easy, and keeps your customers coming back for more! Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Log In to Loytu

Head over to app.loytu.com and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Use Your Phone (It’s Handy!)

Since camera access is required for scanning, this works best on your phone, either using the app or by signing into Loytu through your phone's browser.

Step 3: Access the QR Scanner

• From the Dashboard or menu, tap Scan a Card.
• Alternatively, you can find Stamp a Card in the top right of any screen.

First-Time Tip:

If it’s your first time using the QR scanner, your browser may ask for permission to access your camera. Say yes - Loytu needs this to work its magic!

Step 4: Customer Presents Their Card

Ask your customer to show their digital loyalty card on their phone. It will display a QR code.

Step 5: Scan the QR Code

Point your phone’s camera at the QR code. Once scanned, you’ll see the customer’s loyalty card appear on your screen, along with the number of stamps they’ve collected so far.

Step 6: Stamp the Card

Tap Stamp Card to issue a stamp to the customer. Easy peasy!

Step 7: Redeem Full Cards (If Needed)

If the customer’s card is full, you can press Redeem to confirm the card has been used and the customer has received their reward.

Step 8: That’s It - Job Done! 🎉
