How do top-ups work?+

Top-ups are one-time purchases that add extra stamp capacity to your account. They never expire. Current pack prices are Starter: GBP 9 / $13 / EUR 11, Growth: GBP 39 / $53 / EUR 46, and Scale: GBP 69 / $93 / EUR 80.

Can I use Loytu without a monthly plan?+

Yes. Loytu is free to start, and Flexi lets you buy stamp packs whenever you need more stamps without a monthly commitment.

What happens when I run low on stamps?+

You can have unlimited cards on any plan. You will receive notifications when your stamps are running low so you can top up before running out.

Do stamp packs expire?+

No. Stamp packs last forever, so you can buy the pack that fits your business and use those stamps at your own pace.

How do digital loyalty cards work for my customers?+

A customer scans your program QR code or follows your public link to get a card. No app download is required. You then scan their card QR code in Loytu and issue a stamp.

Can I stop using Loytu anytime?+

Yes. There are no contracts on Zero or Flexi. You can keep using your remaining stamps, top up again later, or simply pause when you need to.
