Topping Up Your Account & Viewing Transaction History
This guide will walk you through how to add "stamps" (which appear to be credits) to your Loytu account and how to view your past transactions.
1. Understanding Your Current Balance
In the Loytu app, head to "Account" in the menu, you'll see your current balance which indicates the number of stamps you have remaining.
2. Topping Up Your Stamps (Credits)
To add more stamps to your account:
- Choose a Pack: Scroll down from your current balance to see various stamp packs available for purchase.
- Select Your Desired Pack: Once you've chosen the pack you want, tap the purple "Select" button next to it.
- Complete Purchase:
- After selecting a pack, you'll be taken to the "Complete Purchase" screen.
- Order Summary: This screen will show you the number of credits (stamps) you are purchasing and the total cost..
- Payment Details:
- Card: The default payment method is "Card". You will need to enter your:
- Card number
- Expiration date (MM/YY)
- Security code (CVC)
- Country (United Kingdom is pre-selected in the example, but you can change it)
- Postal code
- Google Pay: You may also have the option to pay with Google Pay.
- Confirm Payment: Once all details are entered, hit the "Pay" button at the bottom of the screen to complete your purchase.
3. Viewing Your Transaction History
To see a record of your past purchases:
- Access Transaction History: From the main balance screen, tap on "View Transaction History" at the bottom.
- Transaction Summary: At the top of the "Transaction History" screen, you'll see:
- Total Spent: The cumulative amount of money you have spent.
- Credits Purchased: The total number of credits (stamps) you have acquired.
- Individual Transactions: Below the summary, you'll find a list of individual transactions. Each entry typically shows:
- The number of credits purchased (e.g., "200 credits", "3,500 credits")
- A transaction ID (e.g., "#LX-8")
- The date of the purchase (e.g., "29 May 2025")
- The amount paid for that transaction (e.g., "£9.00", "£69.00")
- A "completed" status indicator.
