How to Share Your Digital Loyalty Card with Customers
This guide explains the different ways you can share your Loytu digital loyalty card with customers, helping them join your rewards program quickly and easily.
1. Share via QR Code (Recommended)
Loytu automatically generates a unique QR code for your loyalty program.
How it works
- Display the QR code at your counter, checkout area, or around your store.
- Customers scan the QR code using their phone.
- They select to either add a card to their Google or iOS wallet or send to their email. That's it, they're ready to start collecting stamps.

- No app download required.

2. Share via Direct Link / URL
You also get a direct link to your loyalty card. E.g. go.loytu.com/AB12C
Ways to share the link
- Add it to your Instagram or Facebook profile.
- Include it in email newsletters.
- Add it to your website.
- Put it on receipts, leaflets, or booking confirmations.
Customers simply tap the link to grab a card.
3. Share via NFC Tag (Optional)
For a seamless experience, you can use NFC tags.
How it works
- Program your Loytu loyalty link onto an NFC tag.
- Place the tag at your checkout.
- Customers tap their phone on the tag to open their loyalty card automatically.
NFC stickers are affordable and easy to set up.
4. Send from the App
Did you know you can send cards directly from the Loytu app
- Open the loytu app
- Navigate to your loyalty program.
- Tap on Active Cards
- Tap the send icon.
- Enter the email address wish to send to.
- Tap send.
This sends a card straight to the customer by email.
After Customers Join
Once customers have accessed your loyalty program:
- They can save a card to their phone for quick access.
- They can open it any time to check their progress.
- You can add stamps through your app by searching for the card or by scanning the card.
